• Documents you send us for a service, such as PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, address proof and business documents

• To reply to your enquiries and send updates about your order
• To send due date reminders for services you use with us

How we protect and share it

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We share it only where needed to complete your service, for example with government portals (MCA, GST, Income Tax, DPIIT, Udyam, DGFT, Trademark Registry) or a certifying authority issuing your DSC, or where the law requires it. Only our team members working on your service can access your documents.
